WEIGHT..

Diet (Loosing weight)

 It’s secret that I’ve gained my weight about 4 kilograms for 3 months. When I came to this school, I have to live in dormitory because my home is not in Seoul. So I have to buy my breakfast and dinner myself. I think I usually buy fast food like instant noodle. And my room is too small, so I can’t do most of activity. It’s the reason my weight’s increasing now.


 I decided I do exercise after school, but I finished my homework or school work, its 7 o’clock. It’s too dark and dangerous. So I hope I do exercise at health club. And I’m going to control my diet really healthy without snack and cola.

 Let me introduce my “Loosing Weight Plan”
1.     I should drink water about 2 liters.
2.     I should walk after school with my friend at least 60 minutes.
3.     I should reduce half rice of each meal
4.     I should eat breakfast EVERYDAY.
5.     I should NOT eat snack such as chocolate and candy.

 Can I reduce my meal? I love food so much. But if I keep my eating habits, I’ll be fat girl. Most of my friends told me that I don’t gain weight but I felt my body is not same with before. I HAVE TO loss my weight. Cheer up, my body and don’t give up.
